RE: delayed caused by USPS

Dear customers

Although we have shipped your order immediately after the confirmation of your order, the tracking number has not been updated as of April 12th.

We have investigated further and found out that there were issues with United States Post Service (USPS). As a result, some of orders placed between March 31st and April 2nd indicates a major delay in regardless of first class or priority delivery method you chose.


We realize that it is not your fault nor ours; however, we decided to take an additional action to solve the situation for you. As a result, we have paid extra shipping cost to re-deliver your order immediately within 2 or 3 days depends on the final destination address. Some cases, we have updated the shipping level to achieve the goal. You will receive a new tracking info separately by the end of Monday April 13th. (ETA 9pm PDT) Please allow the system to update the accurate information until Tuesday morning.

If you find your tacking number has not yet updated by the end of Tuesday, please contact us immediately at 1.800.720.2351 or email to sales-na@hobbywing.com We will make sure to take necesssary action to deliver your product or issue a full refund immediately.

Last but not least, as a small token of appreciation, customers who experienced the recent issue, we are contacting each customer individually and providing a special coupon code.   If you have not received the notice, please contact us at sales-na@hobbywing.com
