Scaretacular Race at Cape Fear= Frightful Fun!

Ken had a great time racing at the Annual Scaretacular Race at Cape Fear in Holly Springs, NC. He raced pro nitro buggy and nitro truggy. There were 72 entries for the race. Ken got 2nd in qualifying to His Mugen/Jconcepts teammate John Michael Mcginty III in both classes. He had a great nitro truggy main in the first 10 minutes of the 15 minute main with Ken and John going back and forth for the lead. Ken eventually made up time. Unfortunately, that followed by a flame out by Ken which would put him down a lap or so. He was happy with his effort and would take second.

Pro buggy didn't go as well. Ken took the early lead to only break a throttle servo about a minute into the race. Congrats to Griffin Hanna for the win in Pro buggy. He is thinking of expanding his vehicle collection to include a 1/10 2wd buggy.
