Paul Lemieux takes another TQ & Win at Asian On road Championship, Shanghai China

The first round of 2015 "Asian On road Championship" series made its way to RCI Raceway in Shanghai China from April 9th to 12th.
The AOC series has grown tremendously with an increased number of turnouts this year. This year we had many drivers attend from different regions and countries around the world. Team HOBBYWING brought many drivers including Paul Lemieux (USA), Surikarn Chaidajsuriya (Thailand), Nicholas Lee, Daryl Thong (Singapore) to the AOC race in Shanghai China this year.

At the mod TC class, Paul Lemieux used both HOBBYWING Xerun V3.1 ESC and Xerun V10 competition motor to find his pace late in practice and carry it over to qualifying. Paul would take the TQ over JJ Wang and Hayato Matsuzaki for the mod TC class. The finals was very eventful, HOBBYWING driver Paul Lemieux took a victory in A1 and A2 over JJ Wang whom finished second with Hayato Matsuzaki finishing third overall.

Boosted 13.5T TC was possibly the most competitive class at AOC this year. HOBBYWING young driver Daryl Thong took the win. Another HOBBYWING driver Yaowei Guo also took an A1 victory, but fell short for the win and finished second overall. Daryl had a spectacular race in the A2 and A3 mains by taking the victory in both races.

Congratulations to Paul and Daryl making the fantastic double TQ and win for HOBBYWING.
