Re: HOBBYWING PRODUCT RELEASE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Dear customer,

Thank you for your interests in HOBBYWING UAV product. To ensure your safety, please review the important notice and get back to us with your confirmation.

Sales Order Process:

Building a state-of-the-art UAV system is complex. To support your design, HOBBYWING offers sample units at a reduced price. If the ESC has CAN functions, you may need to adapt the CAN digital throttle for your flight controller and Hobbywing CAN protocol. Obtain necessary agreements from HOBBYWING, the flight control manufacturer, and other relevant agencies. Our engineering team may need to verify details with your flight controller provider if needed.

Once compatibility is confirmed, you can proceed with the order. Note that due to the custom nature of the order, all sales are final. Please provide your purchase order number (PO) as required.

Right to Reject:

HOBBYWING reserves the right to reject any sale at its sole discretion. Customers acknowledge and agree that HOBBYWING products will not be used for purposes related to mass disruption, warfare, or any other unlawful activities.

HOBBYWING Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions:

HOBBYWING offers a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. For UAV commercial or industrial applications, once an electronic speed control (ESC) is installed and used, it is not covered by the standard warranty. Accessories such as cooling fans, switches, props, adapters, and wires are not covered unless they arrive damaged.

If your product is damaged during bench testing or flight deployment and you request a damage assessment inspection, it is free within the warranty period. Outside of this period, a service fee may apply.

HOBBYWING conducts a three-step QC process with 72+ checkpoints to prevent manufacturing defects. The warranty is void once the system is installed, but if you suspect damage due to defects or workmanship, we will assess and determine the cause.

Inspect your product thoroughly within 10 business days of arrival. Report any physical damage immediately, keep all damaged parts and packaging, and photograph the damage. You may reject the package if the damage appears to be caused by the delivery carrier and contact your business account advisor.
