Electric Propulsion System (EPS) Products Disclaimer

Hobbywing North America EPS products (including motors, ESCs, integrated propulsion systems, and related components) are sold as components for integration into complete UAV/drone systems. These products comply with applicable FCC Part 15 incidental radiator requirements and relevant EMC standards through good engineering practices. However, the final assembled system may require additional certification, testing, and compliance by the integrator or end-user depending on specific RF features, intended use, and regulatory jurisdiction.

The buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring the complete system meets all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to FCC, FAA, and import/export regulations. Hobbywing North America makes no representations or warranties regarding the final system's regulatory compliance or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of these products is at the buyer's own risk.

Hobbywing North America disclaims all liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from improper installation, integration, modification, or use of these components. By accepting this quote, invoice, or purchasing these products, the buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hobbywing North America from any related claims.

Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions for HOBBYWING UAV Products

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your interest in HOBBYWING UAV products. To ensure your safety and a smooth experience, please review the important notices below and confirm your understanding.

Sales Order Process: Building a state-of-the-art UAV system is complex. HOBBYWING offers sample units at a reduced price to support your design. For ESCs with CAN functions, you may need to adapt the CAN digital throttle to your flight controller and HOBBYWING CAN protocol. Necessary agreements should be obtained from HOBBYWING, the flight controller manufacturer, and other relevant agencies. Our engineering team can assist with verification if needed.

Once compatibility is confirmed, you may proceed with your order. Due to the custom nature of these products, all sales are final. Please provide your purchase order (PO) number as required.

Right to Reject: HOBBYWING reserves the right to reject any sale at its sole discretion. Customers acknowledge and agree that HOBBYWING products will not be used for purposes related to mass disruption, warfare, or any other unlawful activities.

Product Return Policy for XRotor Electric Propulsion Products: For HOBBYWING XRotor Electric Propulsion products (XRotor X series, H series, P series, UAV motors, and propellers), sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the products are untouched, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition. Contact onlineorders@hobbywingdirect.com for any questions.

HOBBYWING Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions: HOBBYWING offers a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. For UAV commercial or industrial applications, once an electronic speed control (ESC) is installed and used, it is generally not covered by the standard warranty. Accessories such as cooling fans, switches, props, adapters, and wires are not covered unless they arrive damaged.

Please inspect your product thoroughly within 10 business days of receipt. Report any physical damage immediately, retain all packaging and damaged parts, and take photos. You may reject the package if delivery damage is evident and contact your business account advisor.

Warranty Claim Process and Exclusions: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Products must not have been soldered, installed, altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, wear and tear, or use with non-HOBBYWING components.
