As the indoor season continues to progress drivers start calculating points and put more focus on each WRL. Time is running out to score that elusive 101 points at an event. WRL 3.4 indicates the fourth race in the third year of the series. The WRL rotates between 3 Ohio tracks. Now we will attend each track again we have already attended in the first 3 races again. 3.4 was held at The Loft RC Raceway. I ran Modified 2wd and Modified 4wd. Practice was Friday and racing was one long day Saturday with three round of rocket round qualifying and single mains.

Round one of 2wd I was 5th

Round two of 2wd everyone went faster and I moved to 4th.

Round three of 2wd everyone went fast as the track grooved up and everyone found a traction additive that was working. I did not have the run I wanted and dropped to starting 6th on the grid.

Round one of 4wd I was 2nd

Round two of 4wd I went faster but so did TQ from round one so I was still sitting second.

Round three of 4wd again was the fast round as everyone go the track figured out. TLR driver JP Richards bumped me to third and that is where I would start on the grid for the mains.

The main of 2wd was quite exciting. I had my opportunities but had issues on the start, with traffic, and to be honest I could have driven better. I ended up finishing 6th.

The main of 4wd was not as exciting as the 2wd main. Basically the top three cars started, got some separation from each other and the field, and that is how they finished. I took home 3rd.
