HOBBYWING Trademark Usage Terms and Conditions and Brand Policy

3. Restrictions:
a. Retailers shall not modify, alter, or distort the Trademark in any way.
b. The Trademark shall not be used in any manner that could cause confusion, dilution, or damage to the reputation of HOBBYWING.

4. Compliance:
a. Retailers shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of trademarks in the jurisdictions where they operate.
b. Retailers shall not engage in any activities that could tarnish the reputation of HOBBYWING or its products.


5. No Endorsement:
a. The use of the Trademark by Retailers does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with HOBBYWING, unless expressly stated in writing.


6. Termination:
a. HOBBYWING reserves the right to terminate or revoke Retailers' license to use the Trademark at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.


7. Indemnification:
a. Retailers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HOBBYWING from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to their use of the Trademark.


8. Governing Law:
a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.


9. Modifications:
a. HOBBYWING reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time, without prior notice, by posting the revised terms on its website.


By using the HOBBYWING Trademark, Retailers acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
