Blog: What makes HOBBYWING excited? - Myth of customer service.

Let's face it. Although we work very hard to serve customer's daily request, not everyone is pleased especially when he or she receives a message that is not expected.  There is no question that we appreciate every customer.  It is not logical not to.  You are the reason why we are here, you are the reason why everyone at HOBBYWING are committed to design, manufacture, distribute, and provide customer service of every product we deliver to the market.  But wait?  Does it mean our customers are always right? or our staffs have to bend their back to please customers? 

In order for us to work effectively, I have set a simple rule. 

"Respect customers while Trust yourself"

Our mission is to help customers create memorable moments worldwide. 

We serve every customer fairly with respect.   We respect you as a customer, while we trust our own judgment to provide the best solution available at a time. 

Today, we receive a message at one of the social media sites.  This simple message not only made my day but also reminded me why we started HOBBYWING.
