HOBBYWING was out in full force this weekend at the 2026 Clash of Champions, delivering standout performances across Modified, Spec, Independent, and Masters classes in one of the most demanding formats in off-road racing. With Matthew managing a busy weekend of driver support and welcoming new team driver Davey Batta, the HOBBYWING team wasted no time making an impact on the track.
Modified Class
In Modified, Broc Champlin converted his Top Qualifier position into a commanding win. Meanwhile, Davey Batta battled hard in tight racing with Dakotah Phend, ultimately coming out on top to secure his first official win with HOBBYWING power.
The Clash of Champions features a unique race format with a single A-Main, a joker lane, and a grueling eight-minute main event. At the end of it all, Chase Lemieux proved to be the best of the rest, earning the title of “Clash Champion” and taking home the $3,000 prize.
