Rivkin and Gonzales Win at the 2026 JConcepts Buggy Challenge!
HOBBYWING drivers put together an outstanding weekend at the 2026 JConcepts Buggy Challenge, taking victories in both Modified and Spec competition.
Congratulations to Spencer Rivkin for taking the overall win in Modified 2WD with his HOBBYWING-powered Team Associated ride. Rivkin also fought his way onto the podium in Modified 4WD, keeping himself in contention for the overall Buggy Challenge title throughout the weekend.
In the Spec classes, it came down to an exciting battle between Matthew Gonzales and Ryan Prince. After Prince claimed the win in A2, the overall championship would be decided in the final main. Gonzales held off a hard-charging Prince to secure the overall Buggy Challenge Spec Championship with his HOBBYWING-powered Team Associated buggy.
Congratulations to Matthew Williby for earning third overall in the Spec classes, completing a HOBBYWING sweep of the overall Spec podium.
Congratulations as well to Chase Raymond for rounding out the Modified 4WD podium alongside Spencer Rivkin, giving HOBBYWING second and third place in the class.
